  My suggestion is go in preparing to be disappointed, then they might be able to exceed expectations.
  
  The staff are friendly and helpful but restricted by red tape and rules. Be prepared for a wait.
  
  They have a really informative Facebook page and electronic newsletter.
  
  It is hard to get parking.
